Your description of the problem is not very detailed.
Please note the exact time min:sec of step in the video where you had a problem. And describe in detail what was the problem, what you saw on the PC screen and how the LED of the controller behaved.

I upload firmeware file after that joy with car LED light is red and green .
Open cmm and connect USB canny to computer but CAN massage not show sir.
Do you have skype or other chat sir .
i want to send photo and massage directly .
For good communication we best do sir.
