Hello, for non-russian speaking, there are a lot of interesting information and examples on Russian forum:
Just use a translator and it usually does the job.
I.e put the link in google translate will translate forum and links you follow. There are some translation mistake bit globally understandable.
Examples .cfd could be downloaded and blocks titles are automatically translated using your cannylab software in your chosen language.
